A statement issued
by the Directorate of Public Relations (DPR) said, "Although, an
industrial action embarked upon by members of the three Non-teaching
Staff Unions in the university- the Senior Staff Association of Nigeria
Universities (SSANU), the National Association of Academic Technologists
(NAAT) and
the Non-Academic Staff Union of Education and Associated
Institutions (NASU); under the auspices of the Joint Action Committee
(JAC), caused a slight disruption, normal activities have since resumed
in full swing at FUNAAB."
The pre-admission
screening exercise for prospective students for the 2016/2017 academic
session candidates has been fixed and more details could be found in the
university's portal, it said.
